Darian Woehr is an award-winning documentary filmmaker currently based in Washington, DC. 


 She was named the 2019 Hearst Multimedia National Champion and has also been recognized by The Society of Environmental Journalists, College Photographer of the Year, The Online Journalism Awards, AP and HuffPost. She has created documentary projects in Cuba, Puerto Rico and Argentina. She currently works at The Washington Post as a videographer and editor. 


Through filmmaking, Darian has quenched her thirst for constant exploration and artistic expression that captures all forms of life.
